Dave Janca - Founder & CEO

valuecentric dave janca - ManagementDave founded ValueCentric in 2002 and quickly built the company into the leader in providing data management services and analytical solutions to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and other participants in the pharmaceutical supply chain. His vision for the company’s ValueTrak Application Platform pioneered channel analytics in the pharma industry.

In 1995, Dave co-founded Supply Chain Solutions, a technology company focused on replenishment optimization for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. The SCORE product, developed under Dave’s leadership, remains the standard for replenishment activities in the pharmaceutical distribution industry. NonStop Solutions, (now Manhattan Associates) acquired Supply Chain Solutions in 2000. Dave began his career in the healthcare industry spending ten years with Cardinal Health as Vice President of Purchasing.

As a frequent speaker at various industry conferences Dave is viewed as an expert in the healthcare distribution supply channel. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing. Dave resides in Naples, FL and is heavily involved in the community and with not-for-profit charitable organizations.

Michael Zubey - Executive Vice President

MZ headshot 1024x1024 - ManagementMichael Zubey is Executive Vice President for ValueCentric. In his role, Michael helps clients maximize the value of their internal and external patient data for use in commercial, clinical, and regulatory functions. With over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Michael is a knowledgeable executive with a strong background in strategic consulting. Michael joined ValueCentric from HighPoint where he served as Executive Vice President, Life Sciences Strategy where he managed all of the data science related solution offerings at HighPoint.

Prior to joining HighPoint, he served as Managing Director for PwC’s US commercial information management competency. He has also served as Senior Principal and Director of IMS Health’s Commercial Effectiveness practice. Some of Michael’s client references are JNJ, Shire, Intarcia, DBV, Coherus, Radius, Ironwood, Allergan, and Otsuka. Michael areas of expertise are: Emerging Biotech, Information Management, Analytics, Patient Access, Commercial Effectiveness, and Product Launch.

Michael currently serves as a board member of the Villanova University Center for Business Analytics. Michael is the co-author of a textbook, Customer Relationship Management: A People, Process, and Technology Approach which is also used in course work at Villanova University. He has been featured speaker at Veeva Commercial Summit, Reltio User Conference and the Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit.

Michael has as BS in Accounting from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Villanova University. Michael and his wife Tracey live in Paoli, PA with their four children AJ, Spencer, Elizabeth, and Zach.

John Giannouris - Vice President, Specialty Data Strategy and Consulting Services

John G Headshot 150x150 - ManagementJohn Giannouris joined ValueCentric in 2015 as Vice President of Pharmacy Services and up to mid-2019 spearheaded the significant growth of our Specialty Data Services. John is currently the Vice President of Specialty Data Strategy and Consulting Services playing a vital role in leading the company’s strategic efforts to further expand its offerings related to channel, prescription and patient level data services. John brings unmatched subject matter expertise in these critical areas and his knowledge of information and advanced analytic services is well suited to providing unprecedented specialty data strategy transparency to his customers.

With over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry, both in information management consulting and services, and the pharmaceutical industry, John has offered his clients support in critical business processes involving data aggregation, data integration, data warehousing, master data management, customer relationship management, reporting and analytics. His expertise lies in the business and technical challenges of Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Market Research functions.

For over 10 years, John has been widely recognized in the life sciences industry for his thought leadership on specialty pharmacy data aggregation, integration and reporting. Prior to Joining ValueCentric, John was a Senior Principal at IMS Health (now IQVIA) and spearheaded the formation and growth of their market leading Specialty Pharma Data Integration practice. Previously, John was an Information Management and Technology leader supporting business partners in sales, marketing and sales operations in the pharmaceutical industry for both Bristol-Myers Squibb and Merck. As an Associate Director at BMS he led various programs from business case creation to implementation for such initiatives as customer master, managed markets customer relationship management, and sales force analytics. As a Director at Merck, John was the program leader for Merck’s information management program which included the business case development, five-year roadmap, and implementation of MDM hubs for product, alignment, sales force activity, and performance masters. Prior to BMS and Merck, John held various roles of increased responsibility for IMS Health in data quality assurance, product management, application development, client services and business development.

John holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems from DeVry University. He also received Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Scott Hulnick - General Manager, Specialty Pharma Services

Priya Gismondi - Vice President, Medical Products

valuecentric priya gismondi - ManagementPriya is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and development of ValueCentric’s Medical Products business unit. She joined ValueCentric in 2008 with a focus on custom development and implementation of the order management and scorecarding modules. Since then, she has held various leadership positions instrumental in the development of ValueCentric’s Medical Products business solutions with the acquisition and integration of GHX-Channel Intelligence and Distributor Data Solutions (DDS) business.

Her passion for technology and business started while majoring in Physics and Business at Kwantlen University in British Columbia, Canada and working at Telus Mobility, specializing in sales for Blackberry Enterprise Solutions. Priya has held key managerial and sales roles in the telecommunications and parking industry with strong focus on technology and business process improvements since 2002.

She is also a board director with Rivershore, Inc., a social Service organization which supports the developmentally disabled to pursue a meaningful life.

Judy Feldman - Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

valuecentric judy feldman - ManagementJudy leads the company’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, including Development, Technical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Master Data Management efforts. Her strengths lie in driving innovation and ensuring high quality responsive data intelligence solutions for the company’s diverse customer base.

Prior to joining ValueCentric, Judy held executive leadership positions in both the aerospace and healthcare industries engaging innovative solutions to transform businesses in times of rapid growth. Most recently, she served as CIO of a Buffalo-based healthcare insurance provider before starting a consulting business with a focus on successful alignment of technology and business strategy.

Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC). She serves as board chair at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute (HWI) and on the board of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC).

Cameron Hall - Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer

valuecentric cameron hall - ManagementCameron leads ValueCentric’s Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management departments, working closely with customers, partners and industry experts to steer the strategic roadmap for the ValueTrak platform and ValueCentric brand. Since joining the company in 2006, he has led the research and development of data visualization, and tripled ValueCentric’s portfolio of data management services. Cameron has appeared as a guest speaker and panel subject matter expert at major pharmaceutical conferences speaking about key industry topics including Big Data and its implications for the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to ValueCentric, Cameron worked as a Product Manager at Research in Motion (RIM), manufacturer of BlackBerry, where he was responsible for launching numerous BlackBerry handheld devices across the U.S. and Canada.

Cameron holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from University at Buffalo.

Debbie Shaw - Vice President, Client Services

valuecentric debbie shaw - ManagementHaving joined ValueCentric’s management team in August 2004, Debbie Shaw is responsible for leading customer implementations, and developing and managing the customer support, implementation, and training teams. Prior to joining ValueCentric, she held several positions at Evant, a demand planning software company where she was responsible for the implementation of all hosted service pharmaceutical customers, and for managing in­house Vendor­ Managed Inventory implementations.

Before Evant, Debbie was the EDI Manager at Cardinal Health where she was a key resource in developing Cardinal’s EDI strategy and had sole responsibility for all EDI implementations and support activity within the company. Debbie is an active member of HDMA and has served on Sterling Commerce’s Electronic Commerce Steering Committee.

Lisa Arthurs - Vice President, Customer Account Management

valuecentric lisa arthurs - ManagementBefore joining ValueCentric in 2006, Lisa served nearly 12 years with the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Industry Relations. While on staff at HDMA, Lisa served as the lead liaison for several HDMA committees and was the spokesperson for EPC/RFID implementations. She has been actively involved in developing several healthcare supply chain guidelines to ensure efficiency and productivity in the movement of product and information and was a key coordinator for the development of educational programs at HDMA’s Annual Distribution Management Conference.

At ValueCentric, Lisa manages the team responsible for fostering customer relationships and ensuring client needs are met within the ValueTrak platform. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications from Radford University.

Steve Zagrobelny - Vice President, Enterprise Architecture

STEVE - ManagementSteve Zagrobelny brought more than 18 years of experience in the design and development of database-­driven application solutions when he joined ValueCentric in September 2005. At ValueCentric, Steve plays a prominent role in both the tactical and strategic direction of the continual evolution and growth of the ValueTrak platform. Prior to joining the ValueCentric team, Steve spent over 15 years designing and developing a broad range of web-based content management, e­commerce, workflow management, and online survey applications with the United States Navy and Internet development companies. Steve has substantial experience writing applications using a parameter ­based, hosted environment model similar to ValueTrak. Steve holds an Engineering degree from Clarkson University.

Mara Reynolds - Vice President, Data Management

no photo filler - ManagementMara Reynolds is responsible for charting the direction of the company’s data integrity and governance, with specific accent upon Master Data Management administration.

A longtime advocate of excellence in processing methodologies, Mara brings deep experience in data analysis and interpretation to ValueCentric. Prior to joining to ValueCentric, Mara held key senior analyst positions with automotive part distribution leader, Uni­Select. Her distinctive expertise around financial planning and analyses provided substantial value to the company in the areas of data analytics, internal controls, margin and inventory analysis, data integrity, and project management. Mara also oversaw the development of a highly effective distribution center, as well as the initiation of cost­saving ECM and ERP strategies.

Mara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College, and is also a Certified Purchasing Manager.
