Founder & CEO
Dave founded ValueCentric in 2002 and quickly built the company into the leader in providing data management services and analytical solutions to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and other participants in the pharmaceutical supply chain. His vision for the company’s ValueTrak Application Platform pioneered channel analytics in the pharma industry.
In 1995, Dave co-founded Supply Chain Solutions, a technology company focused on replenishment optimization for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. The SCORE product, developed under Dave’s leadership, remains the standard for replenishment activities in the pharmaceutical distribution industry. NonStop Solutions, (now Manhattan Associates) acquired Supply Chain Solutions in 2000. Dave began his career in the healthcare industry spending ten years with Cardinal Health as Vice President of Purchasing.
As a frequent speaker at various industry conferences Dave is viewed as an expert in the healthcare distribution supply channel. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing. Dave is also heavily involved in local community and not-for-profit charitable organizations.
Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Judy leads the company’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, including Development, Technical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Master Data Management efforts. Her strengths lie in driving innovation and ensuring high quality responsive data intelligence solutions for the company’s diverse customer base.
Prior to joining ValueCentric, Judy held executive leadership positions in both the aerospace and healthcare industries engaging innovative solutions to transform businesses in times of rapid growth. Most recently, she served as CIO of a Buffalo-based healthcare insurance provider before starting a consulting business with a focus on successful alignment of technology and business strategy.
Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC). She serves as board chair at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute (HWI) and on the board of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC).
Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer
Cameron leads ValueCentric’s Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management departments, working closely with customers, partners and industry experts to steer the strategic roadmap for the ValueTrak platform and ValueCentric brand. Since joining the company in 2006, he has led the research and development of data visualization, and tripled ValueCentric’s portfolio of data management services. Cameron has appeared as a guest speaker and panel subject matter expert at major pharmaceutical conferences speaking about key industry topics including Big Data and its implications for the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to ValueCentric, Cameron worked as a Product Manager at Research in Motion (RIM), manufacturer of BlackBerry, where he was responsible for launching numerous BlackBerry handheld devices across the U.S. and Canada.
Cameron holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from University at Buffalo.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott brings over 20 years of finance experience in a variety of industries to ValueCentric, with a heavy emphasis on distribution and logistics companies. Before joining ValueCentric in 2010, he served as US Controller for UniSelect, Inc., a leader in the aftermarket auto parts distribution industry. As the leader of the US Finance function, he played a critical role in growing the company through M&A activity, including over 30 transactions. Scott’s previous experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at PriceWaterhouse, senior roles at Perry’s Ice Cream Company, Superior Group, and Azerty, a division of United Stationers. Through each of his experiences, he provided key leadership in the areas of strategic and organizational development.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Binghamton University, an MBA from University at Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Executive Vice President, Commercial Development
Bill Henderson has served as an active member of ValueCentric’s Board of Directors since 2007, and joined the management team as an Executive Vice President in early 2017. He brings to the role his deep experience with pharma supply chain regulations, and leads the development of applications to support the industry’s adoption of the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
Henderson’s prior experience includes holding the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager for International SOS, the world’s leading international healthcare, medical, and security assistance and concierge services company. Additionally, he enjoyed a nine-year career at IMS where he held various leadership positions in strategic development, sales, and marketing. Prior to IMS, he spent six years consulting with companies such as AstraZeneca, Merck, and Wyeth leading efforts to leverage technology and information to make sound business decisions.
Henderson is a graduate of the College for Business Management of Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Vice President, Sales
Joe joined ValueCentric in early 2006 and quickly recruited a seasoned team of sales professionals. He and his team have grown ValueCentric’s customer base from 10 accounts in 2006 to over 150 customer accounts today representing a 500% increase in sales revenue. With more than 20 years of software sales experience within supply chain management, Joe leads the ValueCentric sales team in developing expanded market share and enhanced professional services to further strengthen relationships with the company’s high-profile clients.
Prior to joining ValueCentric, Joe served as Vice President of Sales at Tibersoft, an information management and business analytics company. He has also held marketing and sales management positions at SupplyWorks, Manugistics, and Think Systems, Inc.
In addition, Joe coached senior management teams in developing supply chain best practices at such companies as Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, WarnerLambert and AstraZeneca.
Vice President, Specialty Pharma Services
John joined ValueCentric in 2015 bringing 25+ years of experience in the life science industry. John has responsibility for leading the company’s strategic efforts to further expand offerings related to channel and prescription level data. In previous roles he’s offered support for critical business processes involving data aggregation, data integration, data warehousing, master data management, customer relationship management, reporting, and analytics.
John is widely recognized in the industry for his thought leadership on specialty pharma data aggregation, integration, and reporting. Prior to joining ValueCentric, John was a Senior Principal at IMS Health and spearheaded the formation and growth of their Specialty Pharma Data Integration practice. Previously, John held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and sales operations in the pharma industry for both Bristol-Myers Squibb and Merck.
John holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems from DeVry University. He also received Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
Vice President, Client Services
Having joined ValueCentric’s management team in August 2004, Debbie Shaw is responsible for leading customer implementations, and developing and managing the customer support, implementation, and training teams. Prior to joining ValueCentric, she held several positions at Evant, a demand planning software company where she was responsible for the implementation of all hosted service pharmaceutical customers, and for managing inhouse Vendor Managed Inventory implementations.
Before Evant, Debbie was the EDI Manager at Cardinal Health where she was a key resource in developing Cardinal’s EDI strategy and had sole responsibility for all EDI implementations and support activity within the company. Debbie is an active member of HDMA and has served on Sterling Commerce’s Electronic Commerce Steering Committee.
Vice President, Medical Products
Priya is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and development of ValueCentric’s Medical Products business unit. She joined ValueCentric in 2008 with a focus on custom development and implementation of the order management and scorecarding modules. Since then, she has held various leadership positions instrumental in the development of ValueCentric’s Medical Products business solutions with the acquisition and integration of GHX-Channel Intelligence and Distributor Data Solutions (DDS) business.
Her passion for technology and business started while majoring in Physics and Business at Kwantlen University in British Columbia, Canada and working at Telus Mobility, specializing in sales for Blackberry Enterprise Solutions. Priya has held key managerial and sales roles in the telecommunications and parking industry with strong focus on technology and business process improvements since 2002.
She is also a board director with Rivershore, Inc., a social Service organization which supports the developmentally disabled to pursue a meaningful life.
Vice President, Data Services and Analytics
Chris joined ValueCentric in early 2010 to lead efforts further expanding the company’s offerings in prescription level data services as ValueCentric continues to provide unprecedented product transparency to its customers. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare consulting profession, Chris has worked with hundreds of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies to address strategic and tactical challenges. His experience has global reach in the areas of developing commercial databases based on medical claims, sales and Rx data, as well as many estimation methodologies that are responsible for significant revenue generation in the healthcare information vertical.
As IMS Health’s global subject matter expert, Chris was responsible for addressing the ever changing data privacy issues that the healthcare market continually faces and their impact on prescription products. He holds dual BS degrees in Mathematics & Psychology and an MS in Statistics.
Vice President, Data Management
Mara Reynolds is responsible for charting the direction of the company’s data integrity and governance, with specific accent upon Master Data Management administration.
A longtime advocate of excellence in processing methodologies, Mara brings deep experience in data analysis and interpretation to ValueCentric. Prior to joining to ValueCentric, Mara held key senior analyst positions with automotive part distribution leader, UniSelect. Her distinctive expertise around financial planning and analyses provided substantial value to the company in the areas of data analytics, internal controls, margin and inventory analysis, data integrity, and project management. Mara also oversaw the development of a highly effective distribution center, as well as the initiation of costsaving ECM and ERP strategies.
Mara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College, and is also a Certified Purchasing Manager.
Vice President, Customer Account Management
Before joining ValueCentric in 2006, Lisa served nearly 12 years with the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Industry Relations. While on staff at HDMA, Lisa served as the lead liaison for several HDMA committees and was the spokesperson for EPC/RFID implementations. She has been actively involved in developing several healthcare supply chain guidelines to ensure efficiency and productivity in the movement of product and information and was a key coordinator for the development of educational programs at HDMA’s Annual Distribution Management Conference.
At ValueCentric, Lisa manages the team responsible for fostering customer relationships and ensuring client needs are met within the ValueTrak platform. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications from Radford University.
Vice President, Enterprise Architecture
Steve Zagrobelny brought more than 18 years of experience in the design and development of database-driven application solutions when he joined ValueCentric in September 2005.
At ValueCentric, Steve plays a prominent role in both the tactical and strategic direction of the continual evolution and growth of the ValueTrak platform. Prior to joining the ValueCentric team, Steve spent over 15 years designing and developing a broad range of web-based content management, ecommerce, workflow management, and online survey applications with the United States Navy and Internet development companies. Steve has substantial experience writing applications using a parameter based, hosted environment model similar to ValueTrak.
Steve holds an Engineering degree from Clarkson University.
