For more than 20 years, Bedard has built innovative online marketing services, global marketing strategies and contextual content companies. Prior to JAZD, Bedard was President and CEO of Aberdeen Group where he led one of the most celebrated turnarounds in the online marketing sector. During the transformation, Bedard shifted Aberdeen Group’s focus from a traditional market research analyst firm into one of the most powerful online firms in the market. Focusing exclusively on fact­based research, Aberdeen delivered high quality lead generation services for online technology advertisers. The transformation of Aberdeen Group culminated in a very successful sale of the firm to online marketing service leader, Harte­Hanks.

In addition to sitting on the Board for ValueCentric, Bedard is also on the Board of Advisors for Bedard earned a B.A. in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from Central Michigan University.

Bill has enjoyed a highly decorated career in Information Technology, with vast experience in the development and oversight of industry-leading inventory control systems. After his graduation from Buffalo State Teachers College, he started his career with IBM in software sales. Following IBM, Bill joined Cardinal Health in Buffalo, NY, where he became the company’s first Chief Information Officer. During his 13­ year tenure at Cardinal, Bill established Cardinal’s Information Technology Department and founded the company’s first 3PL firm, Cord Logistics.

In 1997, Bill left Cardinal to help found American Dental Partners (ADP), the most successful publicly-held dental management company in the U.S. with nearly 26 dental affiliates serving 261 dental facilities. During his 5 year tenure with ADP, Bill served as CIO/COO, and helped to build the company to its IPO in 1998. Following ADP, Bill served as a consultant to D&K Wholesale Drug in St. Louis and ADP in North Carolina. In addition, Bill served as a consultant to ValueCentric, and was instrumental in overseeing the company’s successful completion of two subsequent SAS­70 audits.

Bill Henderson has been an active member of ValueCentric’s Board of Directors since 2007, bringing to the role his deep experience with pharma supply chain regulations and partner business practices. In his role as a consulting member, he leads the development of applications to support the industry’s adoption of the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).

Henderson’s prior experience includes holding the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager for International SOS, the world’s leading international healthcare, medical, and security assistance and concierge services company. Additionally, he enjoyed a nine-year career at IMS where he held various leadership positions in strategic development, sales, and marketing. Prior to IMS, he spent six years consulting with companies such as AstraZeneca, Merck, and Wyeth leading efforts to leverage technology and information to make sound business decisions.

Henderson is a graduate of the College for Business Management of Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Dr. Lapide managed the launch of MIT’s Supply Chain 2020 Project researching the future of Supply Chain Management. He is currently an advisor to the project and is the project director of CTL’s Demand Management research programs. Dr. Lapide has more than 12 years of experience in supply chain and marketing consulting, 10 years of management experience in the high tech sector, and seven years as a supply chain technology market analyst, as well as 10 years’ experience in college teaching on a part-time basis.

Dr. Lapide was profiled in 2001 by Supply Chain Technology News magazine as one of four top thought leaders in supply chain, and in 2006 in Supply Chain Management Review magazine’s Profiles in Leadership column. DC Velocity magazine named him as a 2007 Logistics Rainmaker. He has written numerous articles, including writing an ongoing column in the Journal of Business Forecasting since 1997. He co-managed and co-authored a book for the Council of Logistics Management, E-Business: The Strategic Impact on Supply Chain and Logistics.

In addition to sitting on the Board for ValueCentric, Dr. Lapide sits on the Institute of Business Forecasting’s Advisory Board, and Manhattan Associates’ Science Advisory Board.

Christopher McFadden is the Founding Partner of Canyon Healthcare Partners, a healthcare ­focused private equity firm. Previously, Chris was a Managing Partner with Health Evolution Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Mr. McFadden joined Health Evolution Partners from Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he oversaw private debt and equity healthcare investments as a Managing Director in the Firm’s Americas Special Situations Group. From 1999 to 2006, Chris was a securities analyst responsible for Goldman Sachs’ healthcare services, supply chain, pharmaceutical outsourcing, and health information technology equity research coverage.

Mr. McFadden earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond, studied graduate economics at Virginia Commonwealth University, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In addition to his work with ValueCentric, Chris serves on the boards of Mauna Kea Technologies and PharmaShield LLC and as a Trustee for Montefiore Medical Center.
