Training Services

ValueCentric provides onsite training throughout the ValueTrak implementation process. Training is scheduled at your location after data is flowing. Because we use your own data, the training is more meaningful and immediately applicable.

Additional Training Courses

ValueCentric also offers training sessions held at our headquarters in Orchard Park, New York. We offer a variety of training courses for all levels of users, from new employees seeing ValueTrak for the first time, to advanced "super" users who need a refresher or want to learn about new enhancements to the platform. We encourage all users to take part in these sessions in order to get the most value from their company’s data assets.

2012 Training Courses

• ►ValueTrak New User Training

  This training session is designed for new ValueTrak Users with little or no experience with the system or new employees who will be using ValueTrak as part of their job function. Attendees will receive a thorough introduction to the ValueTrak environment including basic account set-up, generating high-level and detailed reports, Flex Reporting, building Ad-Hoc Reports and basic troubleshooting. The small classroom setting will be led by a data expert at ValueCentric, helping trainees to not only navigate the system, but learn the importance of the data as it applies to their business.

  Class Length:	7 hours: 9am - 4pm

  Requirements:	Trainee is to bring laptop with wireless access. If this is not possible, ValueCentric can provide one.

• ►ValueTrak Advanced (Follow-Up) Training

  This advanced training session is designed for ValueTrak users who are familiar with ValueTrak's basic functionality and want to increase their knowledge of the ValueTrak Platform. Topics include detailed instruction in ValueTrak Groups, Reports/Updates, Ad Hoc Reporting, Scorecarding and Exceptions/Alerts in addition to other advanced ValueTrak topics. This course will expand upon the knowledge of the trainee gained in the ValueTrak New User Training Course or their current job experience using the ValueTrak System.

• ►Custom ValueTrak Training

  Custom training is also available at our headquarters in Orchard Park, New York. This one-day session will focus specifically on your company’s environment using your products, trading partners and client locations. There is a minimum fee of $3,000 for custom training with up to 4 trainees from your organization. Additional attendees will be $1,500 each. We will work with your team to customize the session to fit your business needs.
