ValueCentric, LLC. is the market leader in providing real-time data management and
performance analytics to the pharmaceutical industry. We are currently seeking a
Project / Implementation Analyst to work as a key member of our Implementation, Training
& Support team to proactively manage the implementation and ongoing support for new
and existing customers. The candidate should have excellent communication, organization
and multi-tasking skills. Our growing customer base currently includes such pharmaceutical
manufactures as: AstraZeneca, Bayer Healthcare, Procter & Gamble, etc. This position
will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of customer implementations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works in tandem with Training, Implementation & Support, Product Management and
Development teams to establish and maintain a strong understanding of product
intricacies, as well as upcoming new product releases.
Candidate will be responsible for the development, presentation and organization
of implementation plans for the ValueTrak suite of products that address the varied
implementation, training and ongoing support needs of each customer.
Serves as project lead for the implementation, business expert and technical resource
for the project while working on the implementation tasks.
Works closely with customers and their trading partners in support of the implementation
to identify and resolve business and technical issues.
Assists with implementation training that is tailored to the varying needs of customers.
Performs data analysis; validating results with the customer and their trading partners.
Develops testing and evaluation procedures. Strong knowledge of instructional
methods and techniques, testing and/or examination methodologies, and research methods.
Works closely with Sales account managers in development and execution of implementation.
Approximately 20% travel is required for this position.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field or commensurate experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access) is essential.
Excellent customer service skills: ability to deal with internal and
external customers in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work responsibilities and multi-task.
Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
