Debbie Shaw Director of Implementation and Training
Having joined ValueCentric's management team in August, 2004, Debbie Shaw is responsible for leading customer implementations, developing and managing the customer support, implementation and training teams. Prior to joining ValueCentric, she held several positions at Evant, a demand planning software company. Debbie has deep knowledge of Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and EDI systems and standards due to the many implementations she has led. From an industry perspective, she has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At Evant, Debbie was Director of Hosted Implementations and had responsibility for implementation of all hosted service pharmaceutical customers and for managing all in-house VMI implementations.
Long-term consulting engagements with high-profile customers allowed Debbie to develop Purchasing and Replenishment software training. Before Evant, Debbie was the EDI Manager at Cardinal Health for 5 years. She was a key resource in developing Cardinal’s EDI strategy and had sole responsibility for all EDI implementations and support activity within the company. Debbie is an active member of HDMA and has served on Sterling Commerce ’s Electronic Commerce Steering Committee.
