Dave founded ValueCentric in 2002 and quickly built the company into the leader in providing data management services and analytical solutions to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and other participants in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Today, ValueCentric is experiencing rapid acceleration with companies that are adopting the ValueTrak Unified Data and Services Platform for a broad spectrum of their data management needs. Over 140 companies in the pharmaceutical industry transact and gain significant return on investment with ValueTrak. Dave's vision for the company is being achieved through growth in the type of data being shared, the value-added modules being delivered to customers and the efficiency that is being gained by all participants on the platform. Through his leadership, ValueCentric is revolutionizing the way data and information is being accessed, shared and utilized by the pharmaceutical industry.
David's experience includes ten years in the distribution sector with Cardinal Health as Vice President of Purchasing. After leaving Cardinal in 1995, David started a technology company, Supply Chain Solutions that focused on optimizing information and product flow throughout the supply & demand chains of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. Over fifty pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers became customers including AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, McKesson, and manufactures such as Merck, Wyeth, Roche, Amgen, and Lilly. The SCORE product developed under Dave's leadership became the standard for replenishment activities in the industry. NonStop Solutions (now Manhattan Associates) acquired Supply Chain Solutions in early 2000.
As a frequent speaker at various industry conferences such as Supply Chain World, Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) Conferences and the Supply-Chain Council, Dave is viewed as an expert in the healthcare distribution supply chain. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a MBA in Marketing. Dave is also heavily involved in local community and not-for-profit charitable organizations.
